Esthetician Services

Effective Date: 05/13/2025

Welcome to Spa Days! By booking an appointment and receiving services from our licensed estheticians, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all clients and staff.

1. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Booking: Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
  • Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of 15% of service total.
  • Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or rescheduled, depending on availability.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payment is due in full at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Gratuity is not included in the service price and is left to your discretion.
  • Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, no refunds will be issued once a service has been performed. If you are dissatisfied, please speak with us so we can resolve the issue.

3. Health and Safety

  • Please inform your esthetician of any allergies, medical conditions, skin sensitivities, or medications you are taking.
  • Clients exhibiting signs of illness (fever, rash, contagious conditions) may be asked to reschedule.
  • For your safety, we reserve the right to refuse or modify services based on our professional judgment.

4. Client Conduct

  • We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior or harassment. Services will be immediately terminated, and future appointments may be refused.
  • Respectful behavior is expected at all times toward staff and other clients.

5. Minors

  • Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a consent form.
  • Certain treatments may not be available for minors.

6. Privacy Policy

  • All client information and treatment records are confidential and handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
  • We will never share your personal information without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Results Disclaimer

  • Individual results vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and other factors.
  • We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, and follow-up treatments may be necessary for optimal results.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Updates will be posted in the spa and/or on our website.

Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We value your trust and strive to provide only the highest quality products. Due to the nature of our business and hygiene standards, our return and refund policy is as follows:

1. Undergarments

Due to strict hygiene and health regulations:

  • All sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on undergarments, even if unopened.

2. Facial Products (Skincare, Creams, Serums, etc.)

  • Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt.
  • Products must be in their original, sealed packaging.
  • Opened or used products are non-refundable due to sanitary concerns.
  • If a product is defective or causes a documented allergic reaction, please contact us within 3 days of use for review and possible credit or exchange.

3. Facial Tools (Rollers, Brushes, Devices, etc.)

  • Tools may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging with a receipt.
  • Used tools are non-refundable due to hygiene concerns.
  • If a tool is defective, we will offer an exchange or store credit upon inspection.

4. Sale Items

All sale, promotional, or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

5. Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

6. How to Initiate a Return

Please contact us to begin a return. Include your order number, product name, and reason for return.
In-person returns must be scheduled during business hours.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.
